The course introduces students to the basics of the Czech and international banking and financial systems. System institutions, tools, products, and the links between them are classified.
In addition to basic credit deposit operations, there is a focus on new financial operations and products, interbank and non-bank markets, foreign exchange markets, the capital market, and finally a mention of financial derivatives.
