7.    Education, career progression and work benefits   The seminars are based on the material discussed in the lectures and apply the basic principles to the sports environment, emphasizing topicality.

Annotation

This course is focused on the issue of human resources management and presents basic concepts such as personnel planning, selection of employees, training, evaluation, and remuneration. At the same time, it focuses on the specifics of the sports environment and the application of given theoretical concepts to sports practice.

In addition to solving problems that a sports manager may encounter, the course introduces the basic rules and pitfalls of the labor market and offers strategies for occupying various positions in the sports environment. The most emphasis in the seminars is put on the current problems that may be related to the transformation of the labor market based on the development of artificial intelligence, ethical issues surrounding work in sports, etc.
