At the same time, it focuses on the specifics of the sports environment and the application of given theoretical concepts to sports practice.
In addition to solving problems that a sports manager may encounter, the course introduces the basic rules and pitfalls of the labor market and offers strategies for occupying various positions in the sports environment. The most emphasis in the seminars is put on the current problems that may be related to the transformation of the labor market based on the development of artificial intelligence, ethical issues surrounding work in sports, etc.
