This course will provide application for the development of skills necessary to be an effective and efficient leader regarding communication, motivation and organizational decision making. The role of human resources and leadership theory in an atmosphere of complexity and multi-culturalism will be explored. Current issues and challenges in sport from a leadership and managerial perspective will be discussed.
