This course provides application for developing the skills necessary to be an effective and efficient leader regarding communication, motivation and corporate decision making. The role of human resources and leadership theory in an atmosphere of complexity and multi-culturalism is explored.

Current issues and challenges in sport from a leadership and managerial perspective are discussed.
