Annotation

The content of the subject expands the theoretical knowledge, practical skills and didactic competence of students in the creation of movement programs in water. These programs are focused on swimming lessons, movement training in water, aqua-fitness, health swimming or programs with experiential content that can be used both in school physical education and in the environment of leisure activities or sports.

The structuring of the curriculum, illustrative examples and practical exercises enable students to apply the acquired knowledge, skills and didactic competence to the management of programs with this content. A graduate of the course is able to independently and creatively create and implement programs for different groups of the population, focused on the cultivation of movement expression in water, the development of muscular fitness or movement hypokinesis.
