Annotation

The course focuses on the creation of theoretical background and professional skills for the choice of content and methods and for the management of physical activities in water with the aim of regeneration and reconditioning of athletes and the general population. Exercises aim at a movement experience with specifically focused swimming locomotion and exercises in water.

The student will gain experience in managing safe and functionally focused physical activities in water.
