Syllabus

Lectures:

1. Phylogenetic context of human locomotion. Summary of human motor ontogenesis.

2. Movement stereotypes. Quadrupedal cross locomotor pattern in humans. Diagonal arrangement of natural movement.

3. The influence of civilization on human locomotion. Specifics of outdoor activities.

4. Kinesiology of sport climbing.

5. Kinesiology of kayaking.

6. Kinesiology of cross-country skiing.

7. Kinesiology of downhill skiing, snowboarding and cycling. Exercises:

1. Information about skiing and snowboarding.

2. Safety standards in outdoor activities. Nordic walking.

3. Introductory practical acquaintance with kayaking. Information on canoeing, rafting.

4. Introductory practical acquaintance with climbing on an artificial wall.

5. Practical introduction to cycling.

6. Parkour and rope park.

7. In-line skating.

Annotation

Information on mostly locomotor activities in the natural environment. Enrichment of civilizations impoverished driving stereotypes.

Involvement of the locomotor system, postural, locomotor principle in individual activities.

Human locomotion carried out through the pelvic girdle, through the shoulder girdle.

Follow-up to selected therapeutic TV methodologies. Kinesiological, phylogenetic contexts.

In the practical part, acquaintance with the basics of kayaking, sport climbing and information about cycling. Skiing information seminar form.
