Úvod do teorie aktivit v přírodě, kořeny aktivit a sportů v přírodě v českých zemních. Komerční využití aktivit a sportů v přírodě.
Cyklistika a cykloturistika.
Teorie hry.
Cvičení v přírodě.
Orientace a orientační běh.
Ekologická a environmentální výchova.
Vybavení do přírody.
Semináře a cvičení:
Vedení družstva - rozdělení rolí, spolupráce při programu, společné úkoly družstva.
Cyklistika a cykloturistika - technika jízdy jednotlivce a skupiny na kole, technologie kola.
Týmová příprava cykloturistické akce, polodenní a celodenní putování a vedení družstva, kulturně poznávací činnost, bezpečnost. Týmové zpracování projektu „Jižní Čechy očima manažerů“.
Orientační běh - práce s mapou a buzolou, odhad vzdálenosti, azimut, orientační hry a cvičení - liniový postup, kontroly uspořádané do hvězdice, skorelauf, štafetový závod - Ovčí ring (O-ring), týmový závod v orientačním běhu.
Hry v přírodě - iniciativní hry - rozvoj důvěry, řešení problémů a rozvoj týmové spolupráce, manažerský víceboj.
Nízké lanové překážky, parkour - cvičení na připravených stanovištích, bezpečnostní pravidla pro stavbu a provozování.
Základy lezení - zásady lezení, překonávání cvičných stěn a bouldering, slaňování, základní uzly, práce s lanem, informace o jištění, prusíkování.
Základy VHT - pohyb po zajištěné cestě, vybavení, bezpečnost.
Ekohry - využití her k vnímání a poznávání přírody, význam a koncepce, příprava a provedení jednoduchých her.
Hry a kulturní aktivity - programy do klubovny či k táborovému ohni.
Reflexe aktivit a hodnocení programu kurzu - různé formy zpětné vazby, anketa, dotazníky atp.
Annotation
The subject includes theory and didactics of selected outdoor sports, turistika, theory and practice of initiative and cooperative games in nature, ropes courses, outdoor exercises, basic information about outdoor equipment, safety and environmental education. Next to the educational focus the subject serves as a model of an outdoor education programme using experiential and adventurous activities. Part of the programme is devoted to the teamwork of small groups, which search and analyse information and data about commercial use of outdoor activities in a selected local area. cooperation games and outdoor games, rope obstacles, a set of natural exercises, basic information about equipment to nature, safety and environmental education.
In addition to the educational focus, the course also serves as a model outdoor education program for schools and leisure time using education through experience and adventure.
