Lectures: 1. Technique and procedure of paddling in slow running water and wild water by K1, C2 and raft boats. 2. Danger and rescue in canoeing and rafting. 3. History of touring by water and canoeing. 4. Supplies and duffle for canoeing and rafting.
Seminars: 1. Videogram analysis of personal movement on canoe and kayak.
Practice: 1. Technique and tactics of run on K1 and C2 in quiet, stream and wild water until WWIII 2. Touring by water
