Theoretical and practical course. The theoretical part presents history of climbing activities and historical ties of Czech and world mountaineering, provides basic information about equipment used in sport climbing. The course outlines the possibilities of using climbing in physical education courses, in rehabilitation and educational programs.
In the practical part, students acquire basics of climbing movement and belaying techniques.
