Static Exercise - Horse Stance - "Chan Zhuang," Standing in "Wu Ji."

Theory of Breath - Abdominal and Reverse Abdominal Breathing, Harmony of Three - Body, Breath, Mind.

Eight Forms for Health and Vitality - "Tai Chi Qigong" (Supporting the Sky, Pressing Down to Earth, Gathering Yang Energy, Waving Hands, Rotating Balls, Opening and Closing, Waist Rotation, Ascending and Descending).

Tendon-Muscle Qigong and Its Five Basic Forms.

Traditional Chinese Self-Massage (tapping massage for the whole body, head massage, abdominal massage, etc.).

Annotation

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with Oriental Sports Systems. In this course, the functioning of the human body will be presented from the perspective of traditional Chinese Medicine.

Basic work with internal energy will be explained on individual static and dynamic Qigong assemblies. Students will learn to feel, regulate and increase the flow of internal power.

Traditional Chinese massages will also be part of the lessons.
