1. Introduction to preparatory combat activities, falling technique - forward breakfalls

2. Preparatory combat activities in couples, basic wrestling struggleholds, punches and kicks

3. Preparatory combat activities in couples, colective grappling games, break fall technique - backward falls, additional punches and kicks

4. Grappling games, combination of breakfall techniques, combination of punches and kicks

5. Basic wrestling techniques on the ground, combination of punches and kicks, basic defensive techniques, basic judo principles - walking, grips

6. Judo basics - throws, struggleholds

7. Colective grappling, advanced combinations of punches and kicks, judo basics - additional throws, struggleholds and escapes

8. Breakfall techniques, judo basics - additional throws, struggleholds and grappling, combinations

9. Judo - drilling techniques, sparring

10. Karate - combination techniques, sparring

11. Alternative techniques without kimono - grappling, basic techniques

12. Alternative techniques without kimono - grappling, sparring

13. Repetitions, drills, preparation for credit exam

Annotation

The Combat sports course emphasizes the acquisition of basic theoretical knowledge of the system of combat activities, and basic practical skills in various grappling sports, especially judo and karate. The course explains and advocates the importance of incorporating contact exercises into physical activity.

The course content serves as a movement basis for TV teachers and coaches within their competences. The content of the course has overlap into everyday civic life, especially the skill of breakfall techniques.
