Theory:

Specific strength training

Video analysis of matches (as part of tactical preparation for a wrestler)

Current trends in MMA; Amateur vs. Professional field of MMA; match-making

Injuries in MMA; fractures, inflammation

Coaching and mental preparation, doping

Compensatory interventions

Diagnosis of motor skills in combat sports

Periodization of sports training

Practice:

Didactic styles during training in combat sports

Motor testing

Sparring

Annotation

The subject builds upon the content of the Specialization 1 program. The theoretical sessions expand on the foundations for constructing training plans and principles for effective training process management.

The program focuses on developing coaching competencies in the field of performance level in the chosen specialization, as well as for recreational groups of children and adults. Therefore, the student learns to adapt the program for the purpose of general development.

The issues of tactics in grappling sports are discussed. Specific subtle communication techniques essential for leadership are also developed.

The student expands theoretical knowledge of technical skills in MMA, which were established in the Specialization 1 course.
