Annotation
After an introductory lecture the seminar will consists of reading of and commenting upon 20th and 21st century Catholic, Protestant and Orthodox theologians writing on Mary, such as Karl Rahner, Edward Schillebeeckx, brother Roger of Taizé, Max Trurian, Mother Maria Skobtsova, Tina Beattie, Maria Clara Bingemer, Rowan Williams and John Behr. The studied texts will include also an ecumenical attempts to arrive at a common understanding of Mary, as proposed by the Dombes Group.
