Annotation
This course gives an overview of the development of Czech religiosity in the context of 17th and 18th century Europe, particularly in relation to the Counter-Reformation, the Enlightenment and the religious reforms of Josef II of Austria. In addition to official religiosity, it is particularly concerned with popular and semipopular religiosity and its potential further studies.
