Annotation
Human induced climate change epitomizes the most serious problem in the contemporary world. Its acceleration has already gone this far, that a new term has emerged in a public sphere – the climate crisis.
The crisis is composed of multiple layers – crisis of Earth systems, crisis of science and politics, crisis in enforcing quick, but just transformation or crisis of subjectivity known as climate grief. Using popularizing form anchored mostly in social sciences, the course‘s aim is to disentangle these layers and introduce into problematics of the climate crisis.
The course is for students in the first and the second year of the bachelor program.
