Annotation

A follow-up seminar to the course "Interview As an Anthropological Method". This course is concerned with the interview method of research as a dynamic and reflective process of an interaction between researchers and their respondents, with a special emphasis on the following types of interview: interpretative biography, narrative biography, autobiography and feminist interview.

It focuses on introducing essential interview techniques, as well as a variety of methods of data analysis and interpretation. A combination of lectures and workshops, the course also provides students with the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to the gathered research material.
