Annotation
The course presents fundamental aspects of women and men roles in the Czech law system focused on equal treatment and discrimination. Topics (labour law, supply of goods and services, law and politics, family law, criminal law, etc.) are introduced mostly by jurisprudence and examples from practice.
During the course will students present their opinions towards main themes of the course.
