Annotation

The goal of this seminar is to make students acquainted with ethnographic problems of contemporary digital anthropology. It is formed around three main pillars: 1. reading and discussion of key texts; 2. apprehension of different techniques and means of doing ethnography of worlds emerging around the Internet through practical tasks; 3. discussing with guests. The seminar is linked to the course Digital Anthropology and presumes active participation.

It is obligatory to assigned the DA seminar together with the DA course. The seminar is designed for students enrolled in a master degree program. Undergraduate students are obliged to ask for an exception by BK.
