Graduates are specialists in zoology. It covers of multiple fields from protozoology, invertebrate zoology, entomology, vertebrate zoology to primatology and human studies.

The methodologies include: taxonomy, phylogenetics and evolution, population genetics and genomics, morphology and evo-devo, ethology and behavioural sciences, evolutionary psychology, animal ecology and conservation. Each graduate is competent in a certain combination of methodological approaches and studied taxa.

The graduates already demonstrated their ability to perform excellent research and to publish the results in scientific journals. They are experienced in preparation of the projects and grant applications, coordination of the team, reporting the results, writing papers, lecturing and international scientific communication.
