Graduates are acquainted with the cultural and artistic environment, and are able to use specialist literature, reflect independently on cultural issues and analyse artistic artefacts. They are prepared to pursue careers in various cultural or cultural-political institutions, or to continue with a master’s degree programme.
Graduates have a good knowledge of everyday English, the background of English-speaking countries, and the philological register of English. They can work in any institution requiring graduates with the knowledge of English, history and culture of English-speaking countries. Their linguistic proficiency corresponds to level C1 of the Common European framework standards.
