Graduate in Doctoral Studies (PhD) Neurology and Psychiatry acquires deep theoretical and methodological knowledge in the field of neurology and psychiatry at the current state of knowledge. He/she identifies current problems in neurology and psychiatry, and brings his own original solutions.

He/she is eligible to perform the profession of a researcher in neurology and psychiatry. He/she will acquire the scientific research methods and principles of independent scientific work and teamwork, problem identification, formulation and evidence of hypotheses, as well as ethical, legal and social aspects of scientific work.

The results of their work contributes to the development of science and scientific knowledge, and also to the development of clinical neurology and psychiatry.
