The graduate is acquainted with the basics of the basic components of teacher training - pedagogy, psychology, general and disciplinary didactics. The graduate is equipped with general education in basic mathematical fields, not only aimed at algebra, calculus and geometry, but also at their application in financial and numeric mathematics, informatics, physics and recreational mathematics.
He/she can apply theoretical knowledge when solving mathematical and real life problems. He/she has skills necessary for data handling, writing mathematical texts, use of informational technologies, etc.
He/she is prepared to work with children, youth and adults within out-of-school educational activities, including the preparation and organisation of mathematical competitions.
