The graduate has acquired a knowledge of political, social, economic and cultural developments primarily in Czech society. Depending on the nature of the second subject, graduates will find employment as researchers or popularizers of academic findings in this or related fields, in scholarly establishments, in cultural institutions, state administration etc.

The graduate of the post-bachelor master study has knowledge of modern archival theory, paleography, diplomatics and the history of administration and basic special and linguistic prerequisites for work with archival materials. He has a command of methods of historiography, especially in the aplication of methods of auxiliary historical sciences.
