Graduates are able to independently apply and develop their advanced knowledge of Danish / Norwegian / Swedish language, cultural and literary history and present issues of Scandinavian countries. They can pursue careers in companies trading with Scandinavia, cultural and political institutions, public service, media, tourism or as translators.
The graduates have an excellent command of English and all-round knowledge of the theory and methods of English synchronic and diachronic linguistics. They put their analytical, synthetic and presentation skills to outstanding use in supervision roles and in employment areas focused on language analysis and excellent linguistic skills in communication and document making.
