Profiles

Graduates possess language skills in North Central Romani at C2 level (according to the CEFR) and theoretical knowledge of the variability of Romani, are well versed in the history of Romani people in Czechoslovakia, Romani culture, literature and anthropology, and are able to integrate these competences and knowledge when processing and critically evaluating information. They have a grounding in field research methods and are able to translate between North Central Romani and Czech.

They have a command of the Vlax Romani dialect and another Central European language at least at the A2 level (according to the CEFR). Graduates are, therefore, prepared for the purposes of various professional fields, such as cultural and social activities, media, education, civil society and consulting for commercial as well as non-profit organizations.
