The Masters graduate is a highly qualified professional in the field of sport for people with special needs (individuals with sensory, physical, intellectual and behavioural disability, the elderly, etc.). The graduate has deep theoretical and practical knowledge from the fields of social psychology, special needs pedagogy, biomedicine and adapted physical activity.
He/she is able to create, lead and evaluate exercise programmes for population groups demanding a special approach. He/she is able to work independently with people with special needs in sport, special institutions and in an inclusive education.
Acquired competencies enable the graduate to work as an instructor, consultant, free time lecturer, or pedagogical assistant in the field of adapted physical activity.
