The graduate of Bachelor's degree in School Management has theoretical knowledge of the studied subject and can apply it in schools and educational establishments.

He/she has knowledge and skills in general theory of organisation and management, management of pedagogical process, people management including specifics for personnel work in education, and economic and legal aspects of education. Besides general knowledge, this includes specific knowledge and skills necessary for good management of schools, educational establishments and other educational institutions.

Graduates can find employment as directors of schools and educational establishments and in other managerial functions in schools or as public administrators in school system management.
