Graduates of the Greek and Latin Studies Bachelor’s degree programme, with a specialisation in Ancient Greek Language and Literature, have achieved good language skills in ancient Greek. They have a grounding in the fundamental areas and stages of ancient culture, and of ancient Greece in particular, enabling them to interpret ancient-Greek texts in their cultural context.

The graduate has communication competences in both working languages (English at EFRL level C1) and basic translation and interpreting skills which he/she is expected to be able to develop rapidly according to the requirements of the client / employer. The graduate’s broad general knowledge foundation meets the requirements for higher degree studies.
