Graduates of the Greek and Latin Studies Bachelor’s degree programme, with a specialisation in Modern Greek Language and Literature, have achieved good language skills in modern Greek (B2). They have a grounding in the fundamental areas and stages of Greek culture and history, enabling them to properly interpret modern-Greek texts in their cultural context.
Graduates are acquainted with the basic methods and knowledge of the philosophical tradition, and able to formulate fundamental questions and provide well-founded answers, in oral and written form. They have good skills in two major languages and a basic knowledge of either ancient Greek or Latin. They are skilled in critical analysis of complex texts.
