Graduates of the Greek and Latin Studies Master’s degree programme, with a specialisation in Language and Culture of Ancient Greece, have achieved advanced language skills in ancient Greek, and good language skills in Latin. They have a broad knowledge of ancient Greek literature, and of history in particular, and have received comprehensive methodological training in philological and historical methods and approaches, enabling them to independently and properly interpret ancient Greek texts in their cultural and historical context.
