EJD MOVES graduates have a deep knowledge of theoretical and historical problems of migration and mobility. They are able to use their expertise proposing strategies and measures of migration politics.
They can critically judge solutions of migration problems and put through approaches informed by their knowledge of migration causes. They are able to explain, both to policymakers and general public, the role of human mobility as a major condition of progress.
They can conduct independent, targeted research in the humanities and social sciences. Thanks to their non-academic secondments, they are familiar with diverse professional environments.
They may be employed in government agencies dealing with migration, as marketing advisers in business corporations, and in civic society institutions (esp. NGOs) helping migrants and refugees.
