The graduate of the Geology master study program has a broad overview in Earth sciences with an emphasis on understanding the rock environment and its interactions with outer spheres of the Earth. The graduate is familiar with methods of field and laboratory methods and is able to interpret and present results of the Earth science-based research.
He/she knows how to follow current research trends and is capable of independent investigation in geology. He has broader knowledge in the field of (geo)archaeology, archaeometry and chemical, mineralogical and isotopic analysis of (geo)materials and archaeological artefacts.
