Profiles

The graduates are trained to handle the issues of regional development, spatial planning, urban and metropolitan development, peripheral areas, tourism, population development, or international migration. They are capable to critically examine problems in their wider context.

They have methodological skills in a range of quantitative and qualitative techniques. The graduates are able to link findings from basic and applied research.

They can get employment in the regional development agencies, institutions focusing on strategic planning, non-governmental organizations, in various public institutions, and also in international organizations. The complex focus of the study makes them capable flexibly respond to continually changing demand of labour markets.
