They are able to analyze the social or health organization from the perspective of specific human needs, human rights and ethical aspects of care for disadvantaged groups of users.

The supervisor fulfills the requirement of supervisor training of ANSE. They gained experience professionally supervise in the field of their practice.

They can apply different methods of supervision and implement them in accordance with the Good Practice Criteria and the Supervision.
