In addition to the skills gained at BA level, the MA graduate is competent to undertake the following tasks: (a) social work interventions with the use of advanced methods; (b) social analysis and conceptual tasks; (c) management of social institutions and social work teams; (d) social research, consisting of the assessment of clients’ needs and the effectiveness of social services and of social policy and administrative measures; (e) research aimed at developing the theory and methodology of social work.
