The graduate has a theoretical and professional grounding in adult education – including application of methods – adult didactics and gerontagogy in addition to knowledge and skills in personnel management, human resources processes and activities and in application of human resources methods. Further skills were developed through a range of elective courses.
The graduate has communication competences in both working languages (English at EFRL level C1) and basic translation and interpreting skills which he/she is expected to be able to develop rapidly according to the requirements of the client / employer. The graduate’s broad general knowledge foundation meets the requirements for higher degree studies.
