The graduate has a theoretical and professional grounding in adult education in different areas/contexts, adult didactics and gerontagogy in addition to skills in the application of methods. Furthermore, the graduate is equipped with theoretical and professional knowledge and skills in personnel management, human resources processes and activities, human resources management methods and organisational behaviour.
The graduate has field-relevant knowledge of social sciences and social-psychological skills, knowledge of social research and andragogy/human resources research. Apart from core courses, the range of elective courses required during the programme provided the graduate with a deeper/broader professional profile and skills.
