Graduates of the master's degree programme will demonstrate a deep theoretical understanding of pre-school education and gain a specialized professional qualification for the education and care of pre-school children. Through their independent research, students develop their conceptual understanding of innovative educational practice,school management and the assessment and intervention activities required in support of young children’s personal, social and emotional development.

Students will have opportunities to work as a specialist in a wide range of pre-school and social and special educational needs facilities to develop their educational and cultural values when working with families, research programmes and school inspection services.
