The graduates of the Master degree program of Applied Ethics have a thorough interdisciplinary knowledge in philosophy, ethics and individual subject areas of application. They are able to apply this knowledge in individual situations, to analyze ethical problems and dilemmas, ethical argumentation and critical assesment of ethically relevant current issues.

They cultivate their practical judgment and apply it in an informed manner in fulfilling their civic role. They are able to bring a Christian and value-oriented perspective to current debates and thus become a mediator in growing social conflicts.
