The graduate has knowledge of anatomy, histology and embryology covering whole subject and s/he is capable of active usage of these knowledge in his/her research. S/he uses appropriate morphological methods, in vitro and in vivo models together with molecular, analytical, and statistical methods.

S/he critically assess new findings in accordance with principles of evidence-based medicine and is able to: elaborate review of literature, judge scientometrics, design a research project, prepare methodical plan and timetable of research works, manage small team of scientists, and organize co-operations, discuss results, and present them in a form of lecture or article in Czech and English language. The graduate is also capable of preparation of grant proposal.
