Graduates of the Bachelor’s degree programme in Middle Eastern Studies are specialists on the history and culture of the Middle East. They have a good practical knowledge of Turkish at B1 level, a grounding in the history and current geo-political situation of the region and the major approaches to its study, and the ability to work with secondary literature.
Graduates have a practical command of the Italian language at C1 level. They have a theoretical grounding in a foreign language and basic literary concepts. They have a solid grounding in the history of Italian literature and the key moments in Italian history as well as the contemporary life and institutions of Italy.
