The graduate of DSP Ophthalmology is a highly qualified expert who is versatile for further work at an academia or research as well as in clinical praxis. S/he has a detailed knowledge of ophthalmology in the whole spectrum.

S/he has acquired the skills in diagnostics method and principles as well as in therapeutic (both conservative and surgical) approaches. S/he can independently and critically evaluate new findings in accordance with evidence-based principles of medicine, propose a scientific experiment to solve scientific questions of a biochemical nature, prepare a grant application for research support, manage a small team, interpret, discuss and present the results of the scientific work.
