The graduate gains knowledge of pathology in its full spectrum, microscopic diagnostics, as well as wide range of molecular genetic methods. He/she manages various diagnostic methods, such as immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, in situ hybridization and polymerase chain reaction.

He uses this knowledge during experimental work in the laboratory. He is able to prepare literature research, evaluate scientometric data, design a research project, present the results of his work, plan, write and defend scientific paper.

He is able to independently design and experimentally address research tasks, including the management of small team, and link pathology to clinical and related theoretical disciplines. He is able to fluently communicate in English.
