Graduates have a broad expert knowledge, which enables them to work in science and research and in multiple teaching professions, including school management. They are familiar with the theory and findings from frontier and applied educational disciplines and are able to use them for the development of children and adolescents; are familiar with legislation and school regulations; are able to provide expert counselling in education.

They have skills in developing projects in educational work, are familiar with pedagogical-psychological crisis intervention and management of stressful life situations. They adhere to standards of professional ethics.
