They are familiar with the theory and findings from frontier and applied educational disciplines and are able to use them for the development of children and adolescents; are familiar with legislation and school regulations; are able to provide expert counselling in education.
They have skills in developing projects in educational work, are familiar with pedagogical-psychological crisis intervention and management of stressful life situations. They adhere to standards of professional ethics.
