Graduates are conversant in colloquial Mongolian and have a basic knowledge of literary Mongolian. They have a grounding in the religion of Mongolian speaking regions and a basic knowledge of the literature and history of Mongolian speaking areas and other parts of Central Asia.
They are prepared for independent critical work and qualified for positions in education, media, humanitarian aid and state administration. Having a basic grounding in the socio-cultural specificities of the region, graduates are also qualified for field work in the region.
