The graduate has achieved language competence, knowledge in the fields of German language and communication skills and communication skills (level C1 of CEFR). His/her knowledge of German literature, history and culture allows him/her to work in culture institutes, foundations, massmedia, in the sphere of administration, tourism, or as translator.

A graduate is ready to communicate personally as well as in the written form at the level B2 of the CEFR. He/she is able to process summaries or specialized data from Finnish information sources, possesses knowledge of the Finnish culture and history and can contribute to regional development projects realized with Finnish subjects.
