Graduates have comprehensive knowledge of political, economic and cultural development in the 20th century with a focus on international relations. They can analyse and approach general and specific topics in the context of historical development and from a comparative perspective.

They are well-versed in expert historical discourse – contemporary history in an international context. Graduates can seek employment in research centres, state administration and local administration offices in the field of foreign and security policy, in the media, consulting agencies, the tourism industry at all levels, including European.

They have team playing skills. Furthermore, graduates are qualified for work in institutions, organizations and companies, both national and supranational, diplomacy, the media and business.
